On December 7th, Cedar Valley Bank & Trust will be rolling out an entirely new Internet Banking experience.
New features include:
Cedar Valley Bank & Trust considers security a top priority. We’ll continue to use multifactor authentication (MFA) in addition to user names and passwords to authenticate your identity. MFA assures you our website is secure and confidential by displaying your predefined personal identification image at login.
Effective December 7th, the following steps will help you update your current internet banking experience.
Step 1: Your current user name will stay the same: however to log in you must type in your user name in all lowercase. For instance, if your user name is JohnDoe22, it will be converted to johndoe22.
Step 2: Your initial temporary password will be cvbt plus the last four digits of your tax identification number or social security number. For instance your last four digits are 1234, your initial password would be cvbt1234. You will then be prompted to enter a new password that contains (8-17) characters and must contain at least (1) letter, (1) number and (1) special character. Once completed click “Submit”.
Step 3: You will be prompted to enter an Authentication Pass Phrase and Challenge Questions and Answers. Please keep track of your answers to these questions and note that these are not case sensitive.
Step 4: Please read and agree to updated Cedar Valley Bank & Trust Terms and Conditions.
